About

Rupal Ghiya

Hi, I’m Rupal Ghiya and as an entrepreneur, dotting mother and a pet lover, I support causes including the well being of senior citizens, channeling the right to education for girls and caring for pet animals. I focus on effectively translating my passions towards societal and community growth.

With an experience spanning nearly two decades, I’ve diversified my portfolio across various sectors steering businesses on the path to success. From strategic planning / new setups, managing feasibility, sales, credit management, training, client servicing & team management; the broad spectrum encompasses all aspects of industries including BFSI, Market Research, BPO, KPO and the Hospitality Industry. I’m one of the Promoters of Pankaj Events & celebration PVT Ltd, Co-Founder of Capsicum Restaurant and co-founder Pimiento Restaurant.

Hailing from Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India), I match ethnic sensibilities with modern business ideology giving businesses an eclectic mix of emotional connect with a practical outlook. With a foray in the hospitality industry, food and décor bring out my best as I have a personal interest in cooking and interiors. I enjoy the intricacy of detailing, planning the processes and executing them to the tee.

An ardent believer in books being a positive medium for knowledge and learning, I open myself to all types of reads without limiting in the selection. Whether it is the wisdom of Chacha Chaudhary from the famous Indian comic or the eternally engaging concepts on leadership by Jim Collins or Stephen Covey and works including Homo Deus – A Brief History of Tomorrow by Yuval Noha Harari, I find motivation and draw inspiration from each equally.

Here at RupalGhiya.com, you will find a collection of my thoughts and opinions not limited to a specific domain.  So far, these thoughts existed only in my head alone. I decided to document them so that anytime, I could look back and reflect how my ideas and opinions have evolved over time and how it has made a difference by building awareness and garnering support. I look forward to connecting with likeminded individuals who share the same passion.
